Terms of Service

Sobat Router provides an AI API gateway. With one API key you can send requests to AI models offered by third-party providers through our OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API, and manage keys, usage, and token balance in the dashboard.

The models, providers, features, and prices available may change over time. We may add, change, or remove models or features, for example when a provider changes or discontinues a model.

Tool calling is not supported. Tool/function calling is not currently supported on any model, so tools and agents that depend on it will not work. You are responsible for confirming that the Service fits your use case before purchasing tokens, and the absence of a feature the Service does not support is not grounds for a refund.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method (such as your Google account) secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your API keys are credentials. Keep them secret and do not embed them in public code, client-side apps, or public repositories. You are responsible for all usage and charges made with your keys, including usage by anyone you give a key to or who obtains a key you exposed. You can set budgets, model restrictions, and expiry per key, and revoke a key at any time from the dashboard.

You may use your keys in your own applications and share them with members of your team who work on your behalf. You may not sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly distribute API keys or access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service, or let anyone else use it, to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• create, request, or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or content that facilitates serious harm;
• harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive others, or run spam, phishing, or scam campaigns;
• develop or distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• violate the usage policies of the AI providers whose models you use, or try to bypass their safety systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, circumvent rate limits, budgets, or billing, or overload our infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute access to the Service, or share credentials or accounts outside your team, without our prior written permission;
• create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or obtain tokens by fraudulent means;
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

We may investigate suspected violations and may block requests, keys, or accounts to protect the Service, our users, or our providers.

Responses ("outputs") are generated by AI models operated by third-party providers, not by Sobat Router. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose, and similar requests may produce different results. You are responsible for your inputs and for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and you must not present outputs as professional advice (such as medical, legal, or financial advice) without appropriate human review.

As between you and Sobat Router, you keep any rights you have in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law and the provider's terms, in your outputs. You give us the limited permission needed to process and transmit your inputs to the selected provider to provide the Service. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Prepaid, no subscription. The Service works on prepaid token balance. You buy token packages in advance; there is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge.
• Payment. Top-ups are paid via QRIS through GoPay using your e-wallet or banking app. Your balance is credited after the payment is confirmed. A QRIS code is valid only for a limited time and only for the exact amount shown.
• Usage. Each request is deducted from your balance based on the tokens processed and the prices shown on our website at the time of the request. Usage records in the dashboard are the basis for deductions.
• Price changes. We may change prices or packages at any time. Changes apply to future purchases and future usage, not to requests already made.
• Expiry. Purchased tokens do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.
• No cash value. Token balance is not money, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.

We work to keep the Service fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it, or any particular model or provider, will be available at all times or free of errors. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, or reasons outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we permanently shut down the Service, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, revoke keys, or refuse requests, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, our users, or our providers, if required by law, or in case of suspected fraud or payment abuse.

If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any remaining token balance is forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

The Service, including our website, dashboard, software, and the Sobat Router name and logo, belongs to Sobat Router or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as allowed here. Model names and logos belong to their respective owners. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobat Router disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the models, content, or practices of third-party AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobat Router will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Sobat Router in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Sobat Router against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably by good-faith discussion; please contact us first. If it cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
